Licences are quoted at ClickUp list price, with Diamond Partner pricing for eligible organisations. Setup and one free adoption hour per licence come with every licence bought through Dtech.
Which currencies do you invoice in?
In Saudi riyal from dtech Systems in Riyadh, with Saudi VAT and CR details, or in British pound from dtechAgency LTD in London.
Can we move our existing licences to Dtech?
Talk to us before your renewal date. We will check whether your workspace can move to Dtech billing and what that means for your price.
How do the free adoption hours work?
One hour per licence bought through Dtech, pooled across the organisation. Up to two sessions per person, valid for 12 months. Fair use applies.
How are Dtech services priced?
Consulting, implementation and support are scoped first and quoted as a fixed price. You approve the scope and the price before any work starts.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices on this page exclude VAT. Saudi invoices add 15% VAT and UK invoices follow UK VAT rules.
