Founded in 2020 by a group of dedicated researchers, Resway emerged as the solution to the challenges of research collaboration. With founders and stakeholders deeply entrenched in the research community, they had a clear vision: to create a unified platform where researchers, doctors, and students could collaborate, oversee, and track their research projects seamlessly.
Resway is an ongoing project that began in 2020. After the successful launch of its MVP, the project is currently in its maintenance and enhancement phase, focusing on scaling its impact across the academic community.

Critical Challenges
1. Poor User Journey
One of the most significant challenges was the complicated user journey initially developed. Although technical workflows were sound, updating a single project was unnecessarily complex. Users often forgot specific steps because the required actions were scattered across different modules and screens.
2. Change Management
Managing change was critical. With numerous stakeholders providing conflicting feedback, the final product struggled to satisfy everyone. This led to inefficient cycles where features were revisited multiple times, detracting from more valuable enhancements.
3. Lack of Planning
Gaps in the planning phase meant much of the user journey mapping fell to the product development team. Despite extensive research, certain critical oversights were only identified once the product was put into use, hindering the initial user experience.
